Since its formation in the UK 30 years ago, Helifix has been recognized as a leader in the design and engineering of innovative construction wall ties and structural reinforcements.

Helifix was the originator of the one-piece stainless steel helical tie which has since become an accepted standard for the industry. This revolutionary design has since formed the basis of a comprehensive range of special purpose retrofit products, including DryFix, a versatile retrofit tie requiring no grouts, resins or mechanical expansion. It is widely used throughout North America and considered by many to be the least invasive way of securing the facade to back-up material in the industry.

Through extensive research and development, Helifix has produced slim ties which are very strong axially to resist wind forces, yet are flexible enough to accommodate natural building movement without introducing further stresses in the substrate. The associated concealed, non-disruptive installation techniques provide many outstanding benefits, from the simplicity of their design to ease of installation, their ability to be tested in situ and their long term performance.
